Australian Journal of Multi-disciplinary Engineering
The Australian Journal of Multi-disciplinary Engineering (AJMDE) is intended to be of interest to all engineers. Papers in this journal cover a wide range of topics, with the unifying theme of relevance to engineering work in general. Topic areas include education, economics, industrial practice, management, environment, occupation health and safety, industrial engineering, and engineering heritage. Papers are invited from all these areas of activity, whether in the public or private sector. The following editorial policies are given as a guide to prospective authors. The Editorial Panel shall:
The expected length of acceptable contributions is around 5000 words or the equivalent. Occasionally shorter contributions of about 1000 words may be appropriate for publication The basic criteria of acceptance will be the assessed intellectual and professional worth of the contribution. Authors are invited to submit discussions on a Technical Paper or Note published in the AJMDE. Discussions are open to anyone who has significant comments or questions regarding the content of the Technical Paper/Note. They will be accepted for a period of four months following the publication of the relevant issue of the journal. The members of the AJMDE editorial board are Dr Max Lay, EC Graham, John A Black, Brian E Boyd and Klaus Schindhelm.
